Artist Julie Thevenot launched her namesake line in 2008. Starting out with hand-printing and dye-testing, the self-taught fashion designer holds an MFA from the National Superior School of Decorative Arts of Paris and now lives and works in New York. Thevenot's jubilant, playful avant garde, and distinctive sensibility lends itself to work in various media, including accessories, print editions, wall displays, and collaborating with musicians and for events.
